If some luggage is damaged while it is in our custody, we do not compensate for broken wheels or handles.
For other damages we need to be informed by owner, or tour leader, within 24 hours after the owner received the luggage.
Comfort Hotel Xpress in Oslo do not wish to receive luggage from customers. To this hotel we are unable to deliver your luggage.

Nytt av året er at vi også frakter bagasjen for individuelle som vil se Norge i ett nøtteskall. Vi kan da plukke opp bagasjen tidlig på morgenen og levere den på neste hotell samme aften.

In stead of struggle around with a heavy loaded suitcase along some of the world’s most breathtaking nature, you can concentrate on focusing your camera while we take care of your luggage.
We can pick it up for you from the hotel or your bus and transfer it to hotel or buss at the destinations bus or hotel.

This year we have also started up luggage transfer for individuals who want to do “Norway in a Nutshell”.
We will pick up the luggage between 7 and 9am at the
hotel and deliver before 9pm at destination hotel the same day.
